Records are meant to be broken, but Kayla McBride did not just break this one, she shattered it. In front of the home crowd in Minneapolis, the 13th-year sharpshooter connects on her 10th three-pointer of the afternoon, surpassing the previous WNBA single-game record of nine made threes shared by six players. She finishes with a career-high 43 points on 16-of-21 from the field and 10-of-14 from deep. The Lynx win 103-90, clinch the first playoff berth of the 2026 WNBA season, and set a franchise record with 18 team three-pointers.
