Pacing himself through the uphill climb associated with attempting to become the NBA’s first-ever team to overcome an 0-3 series deficit, Davis, inevitably, started the journey with a historic performance in the Game Four win on April 27, 2024. Dominant across the box score, the all-time great big man recorded 25 points, 23 boards, six assists, and one block across 41 minutes of play, becoming just the third postseason Laker to ever amass that combination of points, rebounds, and assists on at least 60 percent shooting.
