Eight days after being named an All-Star for the first time, Dwight Howard gave Orlando its signature night of the season. Tied late with San Antonio on February 9, 2007, the Magic inbounded under their own basket with the clock nearly gone and lofted the ball toward the rim, where Howard rose over the help, caught it clean and hammered it through for a 106-104 win. He was everywhere before that, finishing with 30 points on 11-of-14 shooting, eight rebounds, three assists, four steals and three blocks. Howard led the NBA in total rebounds that season and would go on to win three straight Defensive Player of the Year awards, make eight All-Star teams and lift a championship in 2020.
