Quin Snyder waved off the timeout, which left Los Angeles no chance to substitute or load up on a set. The Jazz got the switch they wanted, and Joe Johnson went to work from the left side on April 15, 2017, powering into the lane and lofting a high floater over two defenders that rattled the rim before dropping as the buzzer sounded. Review confirmed it and the 97-95 win was Utah's, the eighth game-winning buzzer-beater of Iso Joe's career. The 35-year-old reserve finished with 21 points on 9-of-14 shooting, three rebounds, three assists, three steals and one block.
