Seven championship rings and a nickname later, it is easy to forget that Big Shot Bob was born in a rookie's hands. Robert Horry was 22, the 11th pick of the 1992 draft, on the road for Game 7 of the Western Conference Semifinals at Seattle Center Coliseum on May 22, 1993. Tied at 91 with the shot clock running out, Hakeem Olajuwon found him on the right wing, and Horry rose without hesitating to put Houston ahead 93-91 with roughly 33 seconds left in regulation. He has called it his favorite moment as a pro, the night he learned that the biggest shots are still just shots. Titles in Houston, Los Angeles and San Antonio followed. Horry finished with 18 points, four rebounds, one assist and three steals.
